We are Scott & Jessica.
Welcome! We are a husband and wife team, along with our dog, Winston whom we adore. Scott has been interested in woodworking and construction since he was a child. Over the last couple of years, this interest turned into a passion for him. Later, he met his wife Jessica who encouraged him to make the dream of SJ Woodworking a reality.
The wood shop is his happy place where he can spend hours and not even realize where the time has gone. For Scott, the best part of a project is applying the natural wood conditioner and seeing the natural colors of the wood come alive. Scott takes pride in his work and is meticulous when it comes to the fine details and quality of his craftsmanship.
We are grateful for your support in our small Alberta business and we cannot wait to share the rest of this journey with you. Watch out for our appearance at markets during the summer and holiday seasons.
We love to spend our down time with friends and family, along with camping excursions and day hikes. One of our favorite places to visit is Moraine Lake when we go to Banff, Alberta as pictured above. Thank you for reading. We hope you have a wonderful day!
