Bourbon Smoke Board
This bourbon smoke board is crafted from cherry, hickory, white oak and maple and are known for their durability and distinct flavor profiles, leading to a unique taste.
Each bourbon smoke board is unique in its grain and color.
How to use:
·To burn in your smoke board, use a propane torch to burn approximately a 2” circle into each wood section of the board. You want to get a good char mark the first time you use it.
Once you get the initial char marks done, you will only need to hold the torch on it for a few seconds to get the wood smoldering a bit. Once it is smoldering, take your whiskey glass and place it upside down over the char mark. This will cause the smoldering wood to smother itself, and create smoke inside your glass.
Let the glass sit for about 20 seconds with the smoke in it. Flip the glass right side up and pour your favorite whiskey or bourbon.
Measures: Approximately 8” wide x 12” deep x 3/4” high
